- Moody's, Fitch, S&P
- Evaluate the ability of municipal or a company to pay back
What does a rating tell me about risk
- Looking at the statistics, the risks of not paid back from BBB muni. and AAA company are the same
- Think in statistics, yourself.
- Don't get swung by others
